Varano Construction is a second generation, West Chester–based company with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. The company’s foundations began in Delaware County, where owner Ted Varano first learned the trade while maintaining and renovating his father’s rental properties. From a young age, Ted realized he had a natural talent for construction. As his love for the craft grew, he began to envision himself bringing a wide variety of construction projects to life from the ground up.

In 1990, Ted established Varano Construction, transforming those early experiences into a dedicated, family-owned business. Today, the company applies their construction expertise to a full range of residential remodeling, custom finish carpentry, and commercial contracting services. By remaining a hands-on operation, Varano Construction ensures that Ted’s personal standards of quality craftsmanship and honest client communication are delivered to every job site across Chester County and the surrounding areas.
